Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with AuroraLoop. We ship orders to the United States and selected international destinations.

Order processing

Orders are prepared before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

United States shipping

Standard shipping is $5.99 USD. Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after shipment.

International shipping

International standard shipping is $25 USD to eligible destinations. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after shipment. Availability and final rates are shown at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Incorrect addresses and lost packages

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, email auroraloop888@gmail.com with your order number.
